Ourland Jeans company is not just a jeans factory and brand，we are a manufacturing chain.  On the year 2005，we started our business with denim fabric，and after 8 years we working on it，we started to run our own dyeing and weaving factory .  And on the year of 2019，we moved our fabric factory to foshan，one of the biggest denim fabric and jeans making city in China.  Now we have 200 rapier looms ，which can provide around 22 million metres woven denim fabric per year for our customers. And for the year of 2021，we invested our jeans garments factory in this city .  Now  we can provide around 100 thousand jeans pants and jackets per month .  

The soul of jeans is dyeing technology，end process technology，wash technology and yarns quality.  

Our work always started from yarns，we invested one yarns factory on the year of 2022 .

We can use many different kinds of materials to make our yarns good touch and different function. And we also cooperate with big yarns factories in China as well as in other countries.  For example，we buy lycra from INVISTA and we also buy US cotton yarns from Vietnam.  Yarns is the basement of the fabric and garments.  The creative ideas are always from the garments，but if we want to fulfill these ideas，we need from the basement ，that means from the materials of the yarns.

Now we have very good dyeing and end processing technology in our factory，making our fabric color deep and shining，and touching soft and wonderful.

Our garments factory is young，but we employ many experienced engineers and workers，this is not very difficult in China.  Garments making is a slow task，need patience and experience.  No rush，no complain，needle by needle，step by step， then the work can be extraordinary get done， this not have so many technology，this is mostly based on good management and patience.  

Then at last it is the washing .  The wash factory we are working with is the highest level in China.  We can use many wash methods to meet customers’  demand，and we are developing new wash styles every season，to drop cost，to upgrade wash technics and to test new chemicals.  

After all of this，our garments come out.  Jeans are fashionable，but behind fashion，it is boring，totally mixed by technology ，hard working and long time experience.  But we are so happy to work in this industry，this happiness keeps us always moving on，and we are also spreading this happiness to more and more customers all over the world .
